Shipping Policy

By placing an order through La Shie Beauty via this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. The below terms are provided transparently to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement.  



All orders are shipped the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, it is no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. 

Prior to dispatch we are able to submit a change of delivery address request. This can be made by contact to our admin team via email: contact@lashiebeauty.com 

In the event of re-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address. Once an order is in transit, we are not able to offer a refund. 

Orders shipped to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. We encourage you to check any import fees you may be liable for prior to purchasing from this website. 

Please note that due to the current world wide & local shipping delays that shipping times may differ.  


Standard Aus Post Shipping (5-7 Business Days): $10 
Express Aus Post Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $12.50 
FREE express delivery on all orders over $60


Standard Shipping (10-30 Business Days) for all International orders: $15 
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic some countries are experiencing shipping delays. Due to this orders dispatched with Australia Post may take up to 4-6 weeks for transit. 
All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable.


Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely circumstance that the items you receive are damaged, we are more than happy to replace the item within 30 days of the data of purchase.

Sales Tax (GST)

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. 


If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
